Hi, my name is Ernesta, I am qualified and insured holistic therapist. I discovered many benefits of massage therapy when I suffered back pain during and after pregnancy. After studying Health sciences I decided to take a leap into holistic therapy and I have studied and qualified in variety of disciplines which now I am able to offer to you.
I specialize in Deep tissue, Pregnancy, Hot stone, Manual Lymphatic drainage massage.
Most recently I focused my studies on baby and toddler massage and have qualified as baby massage instructor. My baby massage classes offer a wonderful opportunity to experience how to communicate with your baby through nurturing touch and massage strokes.
I am committed and passionate about my practice, ongoing training and personal development enabling me to improve my knowledge, techniques and practice.
