I am Ernesta, ITEC qualified and insured Holistic massage therapist and facialst with a strong focus on women's health, vitality, and post-surgical recovery.With a background in Health Sciences and extensive training in specialised massage techniques, I combine clinical knowledge with deeply intuitive, holistic approach.
I specialise in a wide range of massage therapies including Sports,Deep tissue, Swedish, Pregnancy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage ( Vodders and Fill & Flush method), Brazilian Sculpting drainage, Post Surgery massage, Hot Stone, Kobido and Buccal Face massage. My treatments are always tailored to your body's needs, aiming to restore balance, relieve pain and tension, and support faster healing- especially after cosmetic surgery
